Support the development of marketing content and assets for brochures, case studies, campaigns, websites, newsletters, landing pages, sales presentations, and social media platforms
- Manage ongoing digital campaigns and social media activities in collaboration with our digital marketing agency: content uploading, optimization, leads tracking, reporting, etc
- Support with vendor management, operational and production needs
- Assist in the maintenance of the marketing budget, tracking spending, purchase processing and invoice handling
- Manage and support the production of events including exhibitions, seminars, webinars, customer trainings and customer events (includes managing timelines, venues, suppliers, payments, legal obligations, staffing and budgets, invitations etc).
- Work closely with HQ marketing, product marketing, MarCom staff, graphic designers
- Keep informed of industry trends, and the competitive landscape and undertake ongoing research to determine whether marketing strategies are adding value to customer needs

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in marketing or operational role
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders on tight deadlines
- Experience with organizing events - **required**:

- Basic operating knowledge of Hubspot marketing automation platform
- r**equired**:

- Skilled user of PowerPoint and Excel
- Experience with Marketing Automation and online tools - newsletters, landing pages, webinars, etc -advantage
- Experience with content creation - advantage
- Passion for marketing, learning new things, and renewable energy
- Meticulous planning, prioritizing and organization skills with consistent attention to detail and dedication to improving processes
- Ability to multi-task, stay calm under pressure and retain cross-group collaborations (excellent people skills)
- Takes unconditional ownership of assigned tasks and projects
- Exemplary clear communication skills, both written and verbal
- Tech-savvy and fast learner - enjoys learning and operating new tools, platforms and technologies
