**Why is this role crucial for Pogust Goodhead?**

Pogust Goodhead is seeking a dynamic and motivated Comms & Marketing Assistant to join our team. The Comms & Marketing Assistant will work closely with the Marketing and Comms team in Brazil and in the UK to support the firm's marketing and business development efforts, with a particular focus on social media management. This is a full-time position that requires creativity, a high level of organization, attention to detail, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.

**What you’ll bring to Pogust Goodhead**

**Requirements**:

- Manage the Brazil social media accounts and develop engaging content for various platforms, including Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram
- Create and maintain marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and proposals.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the legal industry.
- Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing plans and strategies.
- Assist in tracking and analyzing the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and report social media campaigns results and be proactive in suggesting improvements
- Assist with other marketing and business development projects, as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing or business development
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent/Advanced in English
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite would be a plus
