Importante grupo industrial dedicado al conformado de alambre y tubo en 2 y 3 dimensiones, así como a la fabricación de subconjuntos, busca un responsable de producción para incorporar en su sede en Vitoria. Siendo el principal responsable de la planta productiva, tus funciones serán:
Diseñar y desarrollar el Plan de Producción, acorde con el Plan Estratégico por el que se define el negocio y con la capacidad productiva del mismo.
Supervisar y controlar la viabilidad de los planes y procesos de producción.
Elaborar y coordinar planes de producción, política de compras y logística de materias primas.
Planificar y gestionar los recursos materiales disponibles.
Supervisar el mantenimiento de las instalaciones productivas, velar por el correcto funcionamiento de maquinarias y equipos, así como por el desempeño diario de cada trabajador encargado de algún proceso productivo.
Estudiar cuáles son los métodos más efectivos para reducir el riesgo de incidencias con el flujo de materiales, pérdidas o deterioro.
Gestionar los equipos para comprobar que funcionan.

**Aptitudes y conocimientos deseados**:
Experiência mínima de 3 años como responsable de producción, estando muy orientado a planta productiva, Gestión de equipos (tendrás 50 personas a tu cargo). Valorable conocimiento del sector.
