**Job Summary**

Position for a Data Protection Specialist with enphasis on Commvault and Veeam technologies, which are mandatory for this position

The professional who will attend this position will be responsible for taking care of highly complex environments

Provides technical support to actions in the scope of your activities by analyzing, organizing, and performing tasks, in order to ensure the technical quality of developed action

**What you’ll be doing**
- Contact with suppliers for RCA (Root Cause Analysis), project reviews, able to evaluate the acquisition of services and software
- Conducting the handling of critical incidents and problems in the infrastructure environment, including RCA (Root Cause Analysis) documentation
- Planning, conducting, and executing large-scale changes to the infrastructure environment
- Create and maintain automation for the day-to-day demands
- Evaluate and propose improvements in the monitoring of the backup structure
- Plan and maintain the capacity controls of the backup solution
- Actively participate in the research of new technologies, seeking to update knowledge and adopt improvements in the infrastructure of the services developed
- Create documentation and architectural drawings of all environments and deliveries to the teams
- Creation of workshops and internal training for N1 and N2 support teams and any correlated areas
- Support the Projects and Architecture team on the evaluation of new technologies and improvements for the company's environments
- Review and drive any improvements in delivery flows with the Governance team
- Act in the maintenance and standardization of infrastructure deliveries- Resolves issues and escalations independently (manager-assisted at the executive level)

**What we’ll expect from you**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
- English - advanced level is recommended
- Commvault and Veeam certifications recommended
- Familiarity with virtualization: Windows Server (2008, 2012, 2016 e 2019) e Linux (CentOS, RedHat, Ubuntu e Debian) environments
- Knowledge of networking (routing and switching)
- Advanced experience in Database Restoration, Virtual Machines, and Backup Jobs Operations.
