- 1) Daily Activities: responsible for register all accounts issues of Total Brazil:
- Legal: Judicial deposits, Litigation, Share capital, etc.
- HR: Payroll due to employees and expatriate, Holidays and 13o salary provision, etc.
- Tax: taxes payables and receivables, not automatically post by SAP.
- Treasury: Marketable securities, Loans, Intercompany, etc.
- Finance / Cost: Account receivables, Leasing contracts, etc.
- Others: Revenue, Royalties, Stock, etc.

2) Responsible of analysis of SAP accounts, reconciliation with external controls, follow-up clearings and past issues.
- 3) Prepare the analysis to ensure the correct allocation of the G&A and other projects costs;
- 4) Fixed assets control;
- 6) Accomplishments of internal control.
- 7) Support audit (internal & external) process
- 8) Prepare the financial statements and reports in accordance with Brazil and France accounting principles (CPC and IFRS), as well as, consolidation methods and TotalEnergies guidelines;
- 9) Prepare the Accounting SPED;
- 10) CAP Reporting (Conso);
- 12) Support other teams on discussions and understanding of accounting impacts.
- HSE- Respect HSE policies and TotalEnergies code of ethics and conduct.
- Maintain medical exams as described in the PCMSO.
- Participate in HSE trainings and seminars.
- To know the emergency response routine and participate in simulated exercises.
- Collaborate in the maintenance of 5S of the office and in the selective waste collection.
- Communicate to the HSE all situations of risk and accidents in the company.

- Working under SAP;
- Interface with other departments and teams.
- University degree in Accounting (Master is an advantage);
- Fluent Portuguese, with capabilities in English;
- Experience with SAP FI;
- Knowledge about Oil & Gas industry;
- Used to work under pressure and with sharp deadlines;
- Skills of organization, interface with other departments;
- Knowledge on Excel;
- Team building and support skills;
- Pro-activity.
