Are you a QA professional with deep expertise in manufacturing systems, looking to lead impactful testing initiatives in a global environment? Our client — a multinational leader in industrial and consumer goods — is seeking a Quality Assurance Lead to play a critical role in ensuring quality, stability, and successful delivery of technology solutions across the manufacturing space.

This is a high-ownership role for someone who thrives in structured development environments and enjoys working at the intersection of business processes and technology, supporting integration between MES, ERP, and legacy systems.

Key Responsibilities

Define, design, and execute end-to-end QA strategies for regression, integration, functional, and UAT cycles.

Collaborate with business and IT teams to gather requirements and develop comprehensive test scenarios that align with complex manufacturing processes.

Coordinate testing efforts across internal IT teams, business stakeholders, external vendors, and system integrators.

Lead testing efforts for systems integration, particularly between MES (such as Apriso), ERP systems, and OPC/Kepware layers.

Author, maintain, and execute test scripts across multiple environments and development stages, ensuring full test coverage.

Participate in Agile sprint planning and provide accurate estimates for QA activities.

Track, log, and manage defects using tools like HP Quality Center (HPQC) and ServiceNow.

Support and monitor data integrity and system communication between shopfloor applications and core enterprise systems.

Translate technical concepts into process flows, user journeys, and test cases aligned with business goals.

Ideal Candidate Profile

10–12 years of experience in QA, with at least 5 years in a lead role supporting manufacturing or industrial applications.

Strong knowledge of shopfloor technologies including MES (preferably Apriso), labeling systems, and OPC integration (Kepware).

Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and structured QA processes.

Comfortable working independently and collaboratively across diverse technical and non-technical teams.

Proficient with test and defect management tools — experience with HPQC and ServiceNow is a plus.

Strong communication skills, capable of bridging gaps between developers, stakeholders, and end users.

Experience creating process flows and documentation using tools like Visio is a plus.
