The Education Manager will develop, organize and manage customer education programs to drive strategic corporate and market development initiatives. – Consult with key stakeholders to identify customer education needs. – Produce a variety of supporting training and education materials for external customers to be used in e-learning and classroom environments. – Evaluate the success of these programs and provide reports to key stakeholders on outcomes. The Education Manager will coordinate and collaborate with company´s international marketing management teams to support global education initiatives. – Manage the organization’s learning management system and create content to support customer training initiatives. – Manage the day to day operations of the department and supporting staff. The Education Manager will manage the customer education budget. English is absolutely mandatory.
