About the Role The Country Manager will serve as the strategic and commercial driver of business development in Brazil or Argentina. You will be responsible for designing and executing a market strategy that increases revenue, strengthens brand presence, and builds long-term partnerships. This role offers significant autonomy and visibility, making it ideal for someone who thrives on responsibility and high-impact leadership. Key Responsibilities Lead growth and revenue expansion in the Brazilian or Argentinian market. Develop and execute a market strategy tailored to local business conditions. Build relationships with key partners, clients, and affiliates to unlock new commercial opportunities. Drive performance across KPIs, forecasts, and growth targets. Monitor market dynamics, competition, and customer behavior to identify trends and opportunities. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and business meetings. Collaborate closely with internal teams across marketing, product, and compliance to ensure seamless delivery and strong customer experience. Requirements Proven commercial experience in business development, partnerships, or country management in Brazil or Argentina. Strong understanding of the economic landscape and business culture of the selected country. Fluency in Portuguese (for Brazil) or Spanish (for Argentina), with strong command of English. Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills. Entrepreneurial mindset with a data-driven approach to performance and growth.
