If you love turning messy datasets into real-world products, thrive in fast-moving environments, and want your models to ship into production - not just stay in notebooks - this role is for you. What You'll Be DoingBuild, train, and deploy machine learning models that power search, personalization, classification, and automationWork with real-time and historical data to detect trends, forecast outcomes, and surface meaningful insightsApply NLP techniques to extract key information, summarise content, and tag metadata from unstructured textCollaborate with engineering to ship robust, scalable models into production systems (APIs, microservices, pipelines)Improve existing algorithms for performance, relevance, and fairness What Were Looking For:3+ years of experience in Data Science or Machine Learning rolesSolid Python skills with libraries like Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow or PyTorchExperience with NLP tasks (e.g., classification, topic modeling, summarisation)Strong foundation in statistics, modeling, and performance evaluationExperience working with real-time or streaming data pipelinesFamiliarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)English proficiency and strong communication skills Nice to Have:Experience with time-series forecasting or anomaly detectionFamiliarity with LLMs (OpenAI, HuggingFace, etc.)Exposure to MLOps tools (MLflow, Airflow, DVC)Experience with vector search, semantic embeddings, or recommender systemsUnderstanding of content quality, misinformation detection, or sentiment analysis At Techifide we offer: Competitive Compensation: We offer highly competitive compensation in US Dollars.
