Full Time Senior Marketing Growth

About This Role We're seeking a Senior Marketing & Growth Manager to lead and execute key marketing and growth initiatives for B4OS.dev and Librería de Satoshi. You'll design and run the growth engine that fuels our mission: making Bitcoin, AI, and open-source education accessible worldwide. You'll focus on strategy, demand generation funnels, and community growth working closely with the leadership team to drive measurable results. The social media manager will report to you. This is a role for a strategic builder: someone who can combine growth marketing with community building to generate demand, build trust, and scale our programs globally as an individual contributor.  We welcome applications from diverse backgrounds.
