A Pousada Serra da Estrela está à procura de um Hotel Manager (m/f)

Principais responsabilidades:


• Gerir a operação diária da unidade, assegurando qualidade e eficiência em todos os departamentos.


• Liderar e motivar equipas multiculturais com paixão e inspiração.


• Garantir elevados padrões de hospitalidade e experiência do cliente.


• Maximizar receitas através de estratégias inovadoras e orientadas para dados.


• Alcançar objetivos operacionais e cumprir metas orçamentais.


• Acompanhar o feedback dos clientes in-house e nas diversas plataformas online.


• Estabelecer ligação com vários departamentos (Vendas, Reservas, Financeiro, RH, entre outros).

Perfil que procuramos:


• Experiência sólida numa função semelhante.


• Fluência em inglês (outras línguas valorizadas).


• Capacidade de liderança, comunicação e resolução de problemas.


• Orientação para resultados e KPI's.


• Licenciatura em Gestão Hoteleira.
