This role is designed for a driven professional who thrives in dynamic environments, has a strong performance mindset, and is passionate about building and executing strategic marketing initiatives that directly influence business growth. You will play a significant role in shaping market access, driving adoption strategies, and accelerating the expansion of advanced medical technologies across the region. The ideal candidate is someone with a proven high-performance mindset, strong analytical and strategic skills, and natural curiosity to continuously evolve. This role offers a unique opportunity to own regional strategies, collaborate with cross functional teams and make a measurable impact in how healthcare innovation reach patients.Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned: Directs the development of company market requirements for specific product(s) or product line(s)Leads and coordinates product planning, product launches, product management, market development and market research activitiesInteracts directly with product managers to identify new marketing opportunitiesWorks individually or with a team in recommending action, scheduling and planning projects, estimating cost and managing projects to completionIdentifies unmet customer requirements and new business opportunities and provides vision and focus to move products from idea to marketplaceFacilitates and coordinates marketing activities with geographic areas to increase teamwork and build partnershipsCoordinate trade show activities, website development, developing future e-commerce strategies, and tracking of marketing campaigns to evaluate results and provide recommendations for future marketing promotionsRequired Experience and Knowledge:Bachelor's degreeMinimum 5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or related positionsExperience in healthcare industry management, with medical devicesValid driver's license (category B)Availability to travel > 25% of the timeAdvanced EnglishExperience in creating synergy between capital equipments, instruments and implants is a nice to have.We OfferMedtronic is recognized by the Great Place to Work (GPTW) and, in 2022, reached tenth place in the ranking of best companies to work for in the industry and services category.
