Estamos buscando um(a) profissional sênior, completo(a), orientado(a) a resultados e com forte visão de growth para liderar a frente de marketing da Marine Joias.

Essa é uma posição para quem pensa estratégia, executa com velocidade e enxerga oportunidades de crescimento em múltiplas frentes.

Procuramos alguém com visão 360°, forte capacidade analítica e que goste de acompanhar métricas diariamente para otimizar performance, funis e vendas.

Principais responsabilidades:

Estratégia e crescimento


• Criar e liderar o plano mensal de marketing com visão de crescimento.


• Identificar oportunidades de expansão em canais orgânicos, conteúdos, SEO, CRM, WhatsApp, Pinterest e ativações.


• Criar hipóteses, testar, analisar e escalar o que funcionou (mentalidade de growth).

Análise, indicadores e relatórios


• Acompanhar diariamente CAC, ROAS, CTR, CPC, receita e comportamento do funil.


• Criar relatórios semanais com insights, aprendizados e próximos passos.


• Diagnosticar pontos de melhoria e sugerir mudanças assertivas.


• Propor testes A/B contínuos em criativos, landing pages e copy.

Direção criativa + conteúdo


• Criar e revisar copies de anúncios, landing pages, WhatsApp, e-mails e blog.


• Direcionar criativos e garantir consistência visual da marca.


• Planejar campanhas, narrativas e lançamentos com profundidade.

Gestão de performance


• Acompanhar gestor de tráfego operacional (Meta + Google).


• Aprovar criativos, testar ângulos, analisar resultados e ajustar rapidamente.


• Definir benchmarks, metas e KPIs claros por campanha.

Requisitos


• +5 anos de experiência em marketing digital, performance e growth.


• Excelente capacidade analítica e domínio de métricas.


• Escrita forte (copywriting + storytelling).


• Experiência com e-commerce (desejável Shopify).


• Perfil rápido, curioso, orientado a resultado e altamente organizado.

Diferenciais


• Vivência com marcas premium, moda ou joias.


• Conhecimento em SEO + Pinterest + CRM.


• Experiência com funis de WhatsApp e automações.
