gaming solutions and technology
, is seeking a T
echnician to support the installation, maintenance, and service of gaming terminals.
The role is hands-on and requires strong technical knowledge and commitment to operational efficiency.

Main Function:

Responsible for the installation, deinstallation, and preventive and corrective maintenance of the network of installed terminals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and uninstall gaming terminals, ensuring proper setup and functionality.
  • Train equipment operators on use and basic troubleshooting.
  • Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on the terminal network within defined timeframes.
  • Perform electronic repairs on monitors, power supplies, and terminal components.
  • Update inventory records, spare parts, and technical documentation.
  • Provide remote or online technical support to on-site staff.
  • Support internal systems such as SAP and Salesforce for reporting and updates.
  • Deliver accurate and timely reports to supervisors.
  • Participate in ongoing training on equipment, programs, and work software.
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes and support gaming activities as required.

Profile & Skills:

  • T
    echnical degree in Electricity, Electronics, or related field.
  • Minimum
    3 years' experience working with casino machines, electrical or electronic equipment.
  • Knowledge of electronics, electricity, and handling of technical tools.
  • Familiarity with office software; experience with SAP and Salesforce is a plus.
  • Strong planning, discipline, and commitment.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure with customer focus and attention to quality.
  • Team-oriented with solid communication and follow-up skills.
  • Fluent in Brazilian Portuguese & English
