Descrição da Posição:

Profissional sênior com sólida experiência em Compliance na indústria farmacêutica, responsável por liderar iniciativas que promovam a expansão e reforço da cultura organizacional baseada em ética, integridade e conformidade. Atuará como parte da liderança do time de Compliance, garantindo aderência às legislações locais e internacionais, bem como às políticas internas da empresa. Será referência na adaptação de diretrizes globais ao contexto brasileiro, atuando como parceiro estratégico das áreas de negócio.

Responsabilidades:


• Adaptar diretrizes globais de compliance à realidade brasileira, respeitando as exigências locais.


• Desenvolver, implementar e monitorar políticas de compliance global/local.


• Garantir o cumprimento de normas locais, internacionais do setor, de compliance e anticorrupção.


• Realizar avaliações de riscos de compliance.


• Implementar planos de mitigação de riscos com base em análises internas e tendências regulatórias incluindo pesquisa clínica, interação com pacientes, consumidores e mídias sociais.


• Realizar revisões periódicas de controles internos, com foco em prevenção de práticas ilícitas.


• Desenvolver materiais e conduzir treinamentos, adaptando conteúdos a necessidades de cada uma das diferentes áreas corporativas.


• Atuar, coordenar e desenvolver atividades com Compliance Champions.


• Conduzir processos relacionados a análises e mitigação de conflito de interesse.


• Due diligence e interação com terceiros.


• Atuação em investigações.


• Coordenação de equipe.


• Participar de reuniões de governança e projetos.

Requisitos:


• Mínimo de 10 anos de experiência em Compliance na indústria farmacêutica.


• Ensino superior completo em áreas como: Direito, Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Farmácia, Engenharia ou áreas correlatas.


• Pós-graduação, Certificação, MBA em Compliance, Governança Corporativa ou áreas afins são diferenciais.

• Habilidade de comunicação efetiva e negociação.


• Liderança por influência.


• Visão estratégica com atuação prática.


• Fluência em inglês.
