Solutions Architect Pre Sales

- Formação acadêmica:
Superior completo em TI ou áreas afins.
- Atividades Principais:
Capacidade de construir demonstração (configurar portal, playbook e flow);
Conhecimento em ServiceNow e domínio em alguns produtos da plataforma, como: ITSM I ITOM I Customers FSM e CSM;
Boa visão de arquitetura de soluções;
Conhecimento de integração com outras plataformas e principais protocolos de integração.
Habilidade para mapear a necessidade e dor do cliente transformando em produtos e soluções;
Habilidade para conduzir agenda de Discovery;
- Requisitos:
Experiência com ServiceNow;
Inglês obrigatório (agendas com clientes e global em inglês);
Desejável conhecimento em projetos de transformação digital.

Híbrido - 1x por mês para reuniões com todo o time - Região da Paulista (São Paulo/SP)
Horário flexível;
Contratação PJ;
Remuneração compatível;
