, Shield Consulting is seeking a
Cybersecurity Account Manager
to act as a trusted advisor and dedicated point of contact for our customers' leadership teams. This role is key to ensuring strong client relationships, seamless onboarding, proactive communication, and strategic alignment between Shield Consulting's services and the customer's business objectives.
Beyond account management, the position requires a solid technical foundation in cybersecurity to assist in incident triage, investigations, and escalations, working closely with Shield Consulting's SOC Analysts and AgileBlue's Support Engineers.

Responsibilities
Customer Success & Account Management (70%)
- Serve as the primary relationship owner for assigned accounts located in Brazil
- Act as the main point of contact, ensuring consistent communication, alignment on goals, and delivery of Shield Consulting's SecOps services
- Conduct regular account reviews, QBRs, and strategic check-ins to ensure customer satisfaction, adoption, and value realization
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer security posture, align Shield Consulting services with customer initiatives, and mitigate risks
- Coordinate with Shield Consulting's Customer Success leadership to manage escalations and deliver executive-level reporting
- Collaborate with the Customer Support team to ensure timely resolution of technical and operational issues encountered by assigned customers
- Utilize Shield Consulting's Customer Success platform to maintain accurate and updated customer information, notes, touchpoints, and other related information
- Assist the Shield Consulting team on other assignments as needed when time allows
Technical Cybersecurity Support (30%)
- Assist in investigation and triage of security alerts, incidents, and customer inquiries
- Provide technical support for endpoint, network, and log-based security data
- Act as a bridge between the SOC and customer IT/security teams, translating technical findings into clear business impacts & recommendations
- Support implementation of new integrations, deployments, and configuration changes under the guidance of Shield Consulting's SOC and engineering teams
- Maintain familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks, attack techniques, and best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in information security, computer science, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- 5+ years of experience in customer success, cybersecurity, or technical support roles
- Strong communication skills with the ability to educate customers regarding cybersecurity materials
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Portuguese and English
- Demonstrated ability to manage customer relationships at both the technical and executive levels
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts and projects in a fast-paced environment
