The
Superintendent, GTM Strategy, Innovation & Product Operations
is responsible for architecting and leading the Go-to-Market (GTM) vision and strategy for the entire product portfolio, ensuring alignment with the organization's overarching business goals. This is a critical leadership role that translates product vision into robust marketing and operational plans, ensuring launch, growth, and process optimization strategies are meticulously defined, communicated, and flawlessly executed. The Superintendent will work to identify and capitalize on new market opportunities, govern Product Innovation processes, and establish thought leadership in Product Marketing and Product Operations, fostering a culture of innovation and operational excellence.

What You Will Do

  • Architect and serve as the owner of the Strategic Go-to-Market (GTM) Vision and Framework for the product portfolio, setting ambitious revenue and market share targets in collaboration with Executive Leadership.
  • Translate the product vision into quantifiable marketing and operations roadmaps , ensuring that launch, growth, and process optimization strategies are clearly defined and communicated across the organization.
  • Establish Senior Governance and the Operational Structure (ProdOps) for the complete product lifecycle (from NPI to retirement), ensuring speed, quality, and risk mitigation in all launches.
  • Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities through in-depth research, trend analysis, and competitor monitoring, guiding the future direction of product development and evolution.
  • Define and monitor key success metrics for products and GTM performance (e.g., Margins, Adoption, ROI), utilizing data and analytical insights to make strategic, iteration-focused decisions.
  • Act as the strategic ambassador for Product and GTM initiatives to senior stakeholders (C-Level, Sales, Engineering), securing resource allocation and ensuring priority alignment.
  • Lead the local marketing strategy, market communications, and strategic events, ensuring cohesion between GTM execution and brand positioning.
  • Establish a culture of continuous improvement across all product and market-related processes, actively seeking operational efficiencies and innovations.
  • Ensure the strategic enablement of Sales and Marketing teams, providing the necessary tools, resources, and knowledge to effectively communicate product value and drive sales.
  • Promote collaboration and synergy across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support teams, guaranteeing a unified and cohesive market approach.
  • Attract, develop, and retain top talent within Product Marketing and Product Operations, building high-performance teams capable of executing the strategic vision.

What Experience You Need

  • Strategic Leadership and People Management (8+ years): Proven experience leading high-performing, multidisciplinary teams and a measurable track record of success in driving complex B2B Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies and optimizing Product Operations.
  • P&L / 360º Product Vision: Deep expertise and the ability to orchestrate the entire product value chain , from Innovation Governance (NPI) to post-launch profitability optimization, with an unwavering focus on market-sensing and customer feedback.
  • Excellence in Product Operations (ProdOps): Senior-level ability to design, implement, and automate Product Marketing and GTM playbooks , tools, and methodologies (e.g., OKRs, Agile Marketing), leveraging data to drive operational efficiency and quality.
  • Enablement and Synergy: Extensive experience enabling sales and product teams, and successfully promoting cross-functional collaboration to ensure continuous strategic and operational alignment.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data sets, identify strategic opportunities, and make decisions that directly drive revenue growth and profitability.
  • GTM B2B Experience in complex, high-value environments is mandatory.
  • Language: Fluent English (written and spoken) is mandatory for interaction with global teams.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or related fields. A Post-graduate degree or MBA is a strong differentiator.
