Job DescriptionYour influential mission. You will...
- Provide outstanding People & Culture support to employees, managers, and Global People and Culture Advisory Partners.
- Analyze HR data and metrics to deliver actionable insights that improve local processes and align with global procedures.
- Manage and upgrade People & Culture systems, processes, and documentation with a focus on efficiency and compliance.
- Deliver seamless onboarding, offboarding, and employment cycle processes.
- Act as a brand ambassador, introducing newcomers to our organizational culture and hosting visitor groups.
- Collaborate with the local P&C team across all Brazilian entities to implement global best practices.
- Lead projects that drive engagement and operational excellence, such as employee surveys, new tool implementation, and process optimization.

- Bring solid experience in People & Culture, ideally in a generalist role.
- Have a data-driven mindset, using metrics and analytics to guide decisions and improve processes.
- Excel in both Portuguese and English, enabling you to navigate and optimize documentation and communication.

- Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail while balancing independence and multitasking.
