Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Logistics Coordinator based in São Paulo, SP, with some work from home acceptable. The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating transportation, inventory, and supply chain operations. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring inventory levels, processing orders, coordinating with suppliers and customers, and ensuring timely delivery of goods. Additionally, the role involves analyzing logistics data and optimizing supply chain efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills for analyzing logistics data and optimizing processes
  • Effective Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proven experience in Inventory Management and Supply Chain Management
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in remote and hybrid work environments is a plus

Required: 5 years experience in import and export logistic, fluent in English and knowledge in Brazilian ERP software.

Desired: fluent in Chinese (mandarin) and accounting
