What You Will Do:

  • Provide L1 customer support and pre-sales assistance for eCommerce
  • Communicate with prospects and warm leads via email and live chat
  • Answer product-related questions and guide leads in choosing the right solution
  • Guide leads in choosing the right solution, pitch the product when relevant
  • Securely work with customers' sensitive information
  • Apply the latest and greatest customer happiness practices

What you need to succeed in this role:

  • Excellent English (C1 for both written and spoken is a must)
  • Experience in customer support
  • Pre-sales experience
  • Attention to details
  • Positive and responsible attitude
  • Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)
