Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Seller Operation Specialist, located in São Paulo, SP, with the flexibility of some remote work. The individual will manage the daily operations of seller accounts, optimize performance metrics, and ensure the efficient execution of operational strategies. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, the specialist will oversee communication with sellers, support their onboarding process, monitor sales performance, and provide customer or vendor service assistance to ensure smooth processes and positive experiences. The role will also include handling financial metrics related to seller operations and exploring opportunities for process improvements.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills for data analysis, performance review, and identifying trends
  • Effective interpersonal skills and communication abilities for collaboration with stakeholders
  • Customer service mindset to assist and resolve seller inquiries efficiently
  • Basic knowledge of finance and the ability to manage financial metrics relevant to operations
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Portuguese; additional language skills are a plus
  • Experience in e-commerce or a related field is beneficial
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline
