In this role, you will:
Lead the end-to-end consumer and shopper engagement journey for the Feminine and Adult Care categories in Brazil (Intimus, Poise, Plenitude).
Own and execute the category strategy, aligned with Kimberly-Clark's global vision and local market dynamics.
Manage a cross-functional team including Brand Management, Consumer & Market Insights, Innovation, and Consumer Experience, with full Profit and Loss (P&L) responsibility.
Drive sustainable and profitable growth through innovation, brand building, and execution across all touchpoints.
Foster a culture of ownership, agility, and high performance, coaching and developing team members.
Collaborate closely with Commercial, Trade Marketing, Finance, Research & Development, Regional, Digital & Media, and Global Category Teams.

In this role, you'll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center. To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; Master of Business Administration (MBA) is a plus.
Minimum 8 years of experience in Marketing, preferably in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG).
Proven track record in strategic brand building, innovation, and executional excellence.
Strong analytical, strategic, and creative problem-solving skills.
Highly collaborative, persuasive, and adaptable to change.
Digitally savvy and consumer obsessed.
Fluent in Portuguese and English (written and spoken).
