We're looking for a Head of Marketing to help lead the marketing strategy in Brazil and ensure the effective execution of the local plan, working closely with the central Media, Affiliates, Performance, Social Media, Sponsorships, and CRM teams.

In this role, you´ll:

  • Design and implement the marketing plan for the local market, aligned with the company's global strategy.
  • Be the owner of the communication between the needs of the local market and the central teams (Performance, Social Media, Sponsorships, and CRM).
  • Thrive amidst dynamic changes and fast-paced decision-making to make BetWarrior the first to exploit business opportunities.
  • Supervise the correct execution of local campaigns and activations, ensuring impact on acquisition, engagement, and brand positioning in a highly competitive market.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks in the online betting industry.
  • Develop and present local benchmarks on brand positioning, acquisition strategies, and competitor performance.
  • Manage the local marketing budget and optimize investment to maximize ROI.
  • Identify growth opportunities and differential activations relevant to the local audience.
  • Represent the voice of the local market in the development of global/regional campaigns.
  • Monitor and report campaign results, identifying insights to improve market effectiveness.
  • Manage local providers (agencies, media, influencers) and coordinate ATL/BTL actions according to the business needs.

We're looking for someone who brings:

  • Graduate degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or relevant fields.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience managing marketing operations for Brazilian markets in fully digital industries such as online betting, gaming, fintech, digital products or e-commerce.
  • Previous experience coordinating with regional and global teams in matrix structures.
  • Solid knowledge of market analysis, consumer trends, and competitive benchmarking.
  • Strong experience with performance campaigns, social media, CRM, and brand activations.
  • Polished leadership, communication, and management skills to drive powerful conversations with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficient language skills in English and/or Spanish, both written and verbal.
