About the Role
We are looking for a strategic, analytical, and proactive leader to head our Casino vertical within a fast-growing Brazilian online betting startup. The ideal candidate is performance-driven, experienced in KPI analysis, and has a deep understanding of user acquisition, retention, and player behaviorcombined with creativity to run impactful campaigns and promotions under budget constraints.

This is a unique opportunity for someone who wants to directly influence business outcomes, design growth strategies, and launch initiatives with a high degree of autonomy and ownership.

Responsibilities
Lead the Casino vertical operation with a focus on sustainable growth and revenue generation.

Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CAC, LTV, payback, ARPU, churn, promotional ROI, and top-converting games.

Conduct benchmarking of game performance and platform features compared to national and international competitors.

Propose and implement creative acquisition and retention strategies with a strong focus on ROI.

Design and execute promotional campaigns, bonuses, and loyalty programs with high impact and cost efficiency.

Work closely with Product, Marketing, Operations, and Compliance teams to ensure a safe, efficient, and regulation-compliant user experience.

Evaluate and optimize the available game mix, identifying opportunities to boost engagement and revenue.

Be accountable for forecasting and strategic planning for the Casino division.

Requirements

Prior experience in strategic or management roles within iGaming, online betting, or mobile gaming platforms.

Strong analytical mindset and fluency in BI/analytics tools.

Proven track record in customer acquisition, retention, and monetization in the digital space.

Ability to develop creative and effective campaigns with limited budgets.

Solid knowledge of Brazilian consumer behavior, especially in the online betting and gaming market.

Excellent communication skills, autonomy, a hands-on attitude, and ownership mindset.

Nice-to-Haves
Experience launching brands or products in regulated markets.

Familiarity with Brazilian betting regulations (Laws 13.756/2018 and 14.790/2023).

Fluency in English.
