We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head - IT to oversee and manage the entire information technology infrastructure for a 24/7 operational studio environment. This is an exciting opportunity for a tech-savvy leader who thrives in a high-paced, high-scale studio setting. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of data center operations, high-end networking, and security, while driving innovative IT strategies that support the studio's mission.   Key Responsibilities:

Data Centre Management: Direct the daily operations of data center facilities, ensuring uptime, efficiency, and optimal performance of hardware, software, and network systems.Lead IT Operations: Oversee and manage the IT infrastructure, ensuring continuous availability and stability for 24/7 operations within a high-scale studio environment.High-End Networking & Topology: Design, implement, and manage complex network architectures to support the studio's operational needs, ensuring seamless connectivity and communication across all platforms.Security & Compliance: Develop and enforce security protocols to protect sensitive data, applications, and IT infrastructure, while maintaining compliance with industry standards and best practices.Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to ensure the studio's IT operations are efficient, innovative, and scalable.Troubleshooting & Incident Response: Ensure quick response and resolution to IT-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to studio operations.Capacity Planning & Scalability: Continuously monitor IT systems, analyse performance data, and plan for scalability to support the studio's growth and evolving needs.Collaboration: Work closely with senior management, studio executives, and other technical teams to align IT strategy with the studio's long-term goals. Qualifications: Proven experience in leading IT operations for a high-availability, 24/7 operational environment (preferably in a studio or similar high-scale setting).Strong expertise in data center operations, networking, and topology, with a deep understanding of high-end networking technologies.Experience managing infrastructure, networking, and security in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Hands-on experience with cloud computing, virtualization, and data storage technologies.In-depth knowledge of IT security, risk management, and compliance requirements.Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while delivering reliable and scalable IT solutions.    What we offer: We offer a highly competitive salaryA detailed company training on highest standardsA chance to work in friendly and supportive cultureTremendous growth opportunities in a large fast moving international company
