Integration and Estimating Engineer

Our team in Brazil is growing, we are currently recruiting for an Integration and Estimating Engineer to join our Minerals & Metals Business line in the in Belo Horizonte - MG office.

About the role:

• We are seeking an Engineer responsible for ensuring compatibility among the various engineering disciplines and for verifying the technical quality of the documents received. This professional will also be in charge of preparing cost estimates, contributing to the consistency and reliability of the project's technical deliverables;
• Perform compatibility analysis among engineering disciplines (civil, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and others);
• Evaluate the technical quality and maturity level of documents received from the engineering team or third parties;
• Identify inconsistencies, overlaps, and gaps among discipline-specific designs, proposing adjustments and solutions;
• Support the preparation of cost and quantity estimates (CapEx);
• Ensure that the technical information used in the estimates is aligned with the most up-to-date project documents;
• Maintain an integrated and critical engineering perspective;
• Prepare technical reports and assessments regarding document quality and any identified risks.

About you:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields);
• Proven experience in multidisciplinary project analysis;
• Knowledge of engineering estimating processes;
• Experience in industrial or mining projects is desirable;
• Strong communication skills and ability to interface with multiple disciplines and project areas.
