Sales Support Analyst

Missão: Atuar diretamente com especificação técnica dos produtos, analisando as aplicações e suportando os canais de vendas, clientes externos e clientes internos. Deter conhecimento dos produtos e ter análise crítica durante as especificações e tratativas. Suportar Internamente o Time de Vendas. Suportar diversas áreas da empresa em tarefas que necessite conhecimento técnico e comercial de nossos produtos. Realizar treinamentos e apresentações suportando tecnicamente canais de vendas.
Principais responsabilidades:
Especificação de produtos;
Atendimento e Elaboração e envio de propostas comerciais em regiões que não possuem canais de vendas;
Monitorar e acompanhamento de propostas enviadas (follow-up);
Realizar diariamente a análise crítica de pedidos identificando probabilidade de conversão;
Tratativas administrativas e comerciais de vendas de exportação;
Cadastramento de produtos acabados importados e nacionais;
Suporte interno aos Representantes de vendas/distribuidores;
Suporte interno ao time de Vendas Externas;
Participar de reuniões para gestão diária;
Executar a análise de similaridade de produtos;
Atendimento telefônico no suporte de especificação de um novo produto.
Qualificações
Superior completo ou cursando nas áreas de engenharia, tecnólogo ou técnico (elétrica, mecânica, automação ou correlatas).
