Field Support Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Field Support Analyst to ensure the smooth functionality and efficiency of day-to-day IT operations. The ideal candidate will provide technical support, manage installations, and maintain software systems while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in maintaining the day-to-day functionality and efficiency of IT systems.
  • Generate and provide IT reports for desktops, printers, peripherals, telephone systems, and cellular devices.
  • Coordinate installation and maintenance of complex software systems.
  • Identify, manage, and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Respond effectively to customer requests and communicate solutions clearly.
  • Update user information in organizational systems.
  • Manage and update user access for IT applications for new and existing employees.

Qualifications

  • Bilingual:
    Portuguese (Fluent) and English (Advanced).
  • Proven experience in IT support or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of desktop systems, peripherals, and telecommunication devices.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Familiarity with organizational systems and user access management.
