Atuar em fila de atendimento de requisições e incidentes que requerem suporte técnico (Troubleshooting) de baixa e média complexidade em infraestrutura de redes IP com foco em soluções de redes (Routing/Switching, Wireless e Collaboration)
Elaborar e aplicar procedimentos para reestabelecer serviços e realizar configurações de rotina em infraestrutura de redes
Ter experiência em mapear problemas em infraestruturas de redes e telefonia IP
Mapear/documentar procedimentos técnicos, topologias e manuais técnicos para atendimento a usuários
Interagir com o time de suporte técnico Logicalis para escalonamento em demandas complexas
Atuar em demandas em horários extras caso necessário e ter disponibilidade para atendimento em campo ou pequenas viagens.
Qualificações
Possuir perfil multi disciplinar (Networking/Collaboration) e estar disposto a ampliar seus conhecimentos em outras tecnologias
Ter conhecimento pleno em suporte técnico em infraestrutura de redes e telefonia IP
Possuir boa comunicação, inquietude em se desenvolver e ter um espírito de equipe aguçado
Atuar de forma PLENA em situações em que ocorram escalonamentos técnicos críticos
Certificações
ITIL (Desejável)
CCNA Routing&Switching (Requerido)
CCNA Collaboration (Diferencial)
Inglês intermediário para interação com fabricante (Diferencial)
