Job Description SummaryThe LATAM Logistic Operations Analyst is responsible for planning, execution, and monitoring of productivity initiatives. The role also involves technical development and support, delivering digital solutions based on Continuous Improvement principles. We operate at the center of an ecosystem working toward precision health -digitizing healthcare, helping drive productivity and improving outcomes for patients, providers, health systems and researchers around the world.Essential ResponsibilitiesDrive productivity improvements across logistics processes using Lean methodologies and performance metrics.Support on operational expenses by tracking logistics costs, analyzing variances, and supporting budget planning and cost-saving initiatives.Develop and implement improvements in Visual Management, ensuring support to involved areas.Create reports and dashboards to support LATAM Logistics operations management.Develop automations to simplify repetitive processes and enhance customer experience.Lead process improvement initiatives and simplification projects.Engage multiple functional areas to solve demands effectively and quickly.Required QualificationsPrevious experience in logistics operations productivity or data analysis.Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Power BI, SQL, and Python.Intermediate to advanced English and Spanish.Familiarity with project management and continuous improvement methodologies.Desired Skills / CompetenciesAnalytical skills and attention to detail.Proactivity and autonomy in problem-solving.Risk mapping and development of countermeasures.Timeline management.Strong communication and ability to work in cross-functional teams.Adaptability to dynamic environments and rapid changes.Experience with Visual Management tools and process automation.Application InfoCareer opportunities can be found at MyHR > Career > Find your next opportunity.GE Healthcare is an Equal Opportunity Employer where inclusion matters.
