We are looking for a Sales Engineer to help pharmaceutical companies see the real business value of our CRM platform. You will serve as a bridge between the technical capabilities of our SaaS solution and the practical needs of clients, with a strong understanding of the pharma sector.

This role is ideal for a proactive, analytical professional with technical expertise and CRM experience who wants to influence sales outcomes in a highly regulated industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the sales team to analyze the needs of pharmaceutical clients and provide technical support during the sales cycle.
  • Deliver tailored CRM product demos aligned with pharmaceutical workflows.
  • Design technical solutions based on pharma-specific requirements (e.g., HCP/HCO database, field force, multichannel marketing).
  • Assist in preparing technical documentation, RFP/RFI responses, and client specifications
  • Represent the company at meetings, seminars, and conferences as a technical sales expert.
  • Support onboarding and implementation processes from the client side (if needed).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Biomedical Sciences, or related fields.
  • 2–5 years of experience as a Sales Engineer / Solution Consultant / Pre-Sales in B2B SaaS.
  • Understanding of the pharmaceutical industry: field force, medical information systems, regulatory context.
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, Veeva CRM).
  • Ability to deliver clear and engaging technical presentations.
  • Basic understanding of API / Webhook integrations is a plus.
