About the role
As a Guidewire Senior Developer – ClaimCenter, you will make an impact by designing and implementing robust solutions using Guidewire technologies to enhance insurance operations. You will be a valued member of the Insurance Technology team and work collaboratively with architects, developers, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable and efficient ClaimCenter solutions.
In this role, you will:
- Design and implement robust solutions using Guidewire technologies to enhance insurance operations.
- Provide technical expertise in Guidewire ClaimCenter and related tools to optimize processes and resolve complex integration issues.
- Lead the deployment and customization of Guidewire Digital Portal and plugins to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure seamless integration of Guidewire Insurance Suite.
- Mentor junior team members and maintain documentation to support ongoing operations and compliance with industry standards
Work model: Hybrid
We believe hybrid work is the way forward as we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Based on this role's business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 1 or 2 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in Sao Paulo, SP. Regardless of your working arrangement, we are here to support a healthy work-life balance though our various wellbeing programs.

What you need to have to be considered
- Bachelor's Degree
- Advanced English
- Strong background in Guidewire ClaimCenter Functional and Guidewire ClaimCenter.
- Expertise in Guidewire Tools & accelerators and Guidewire Studio.
- Experience with predefined and custom Guidewire plugins and Insurance Suite integration.
- Proficiency in Guidewire Insurance Suite fundamentals and Guidewire Digital Portal.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
