We are seeking a proactive and analytical
Financial Specialist
to support a global technology company. This role plays a key part in driving financial clarity and enabling strategic decision-making through accurate planning, insightful analysis, and effective communication. The ideal candidate is a strong collaborator, a problem solver, and someone who thrives in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop a deep understanding of the business and its financial planning processes.
- Structure and maintain financial systems to enable efficient and accurate planning.
- Monitor financial KPIs to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Analyze financial data and ensure accurate recording within internal systems.
- Perform detailed analysis of financial results and create clear, actionable views for stakeholders.
- Present financial results to leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Provide recommendations and share insights to support strategic initiatives and operational improvements.
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience as financial analyst/specialist or related role.
- Proven experience in financial analysis, planning, or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; experience with SAP ERP system is a plus.
- Advanced or fluent English proficiency, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- BA in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
