Estamos em busca de um(a) Tech Support para integrar nosso time Tech
Responsabilidades
Atender tickets de clientes com demandas técnicas sobre Campanhas de E-mails e Soluções de CRO
Identificar e resolver problemas relacionados a layout e exibição de conteúdo
Prestar suporte técnico com foco em usabilidade e performance
Trabalhar junto ao time de Atendimento e Design na análise e correção de interfaces
Extrair relatórios das soluções
Requisitos
Boa comunicação, vontade de aprender e atenção aos detalhes
Proatividade, curiosidade por tecnologia e foco em solução de problemas
Conhecimento avançado em HTML e CSS
Noções de CMS, hospedagem e ferramentas de inspeção de elementos
Experiência prévia em suporte técnico
