Your role: As a Payroll and Benefits Analyst, you will play a key role in managing payroll operations and employee benefits while ensuring compliance with Brazilian labor laws and company policies. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be responsible for executing end-to-end payroll processes, administering benefits programs, and supporting related HR initiatives. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical capabilities, and a commitment to accuracy and confidentiality.

Responsibilities:

Payroll Management:

  • Follow end-to-end payroll process for CLT employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Validate and consolidate information such as hirings, termination, vacations, leaves, bonuses, and deductions.
  • Review and reconcile payroll reports, ensuring compliance with eSocial, SEFIP, CAGED, DIRF, and other government requirements.
  • Liaise with accounting and finance teams for monthly payroll postings and provisions.
  • Maintain and update employee data in and payroll systems.

Benefits Administration:

  • Manage benefits such as health insurance, meal/food vouchers, transportation, dental, life insurance, and wellness programs (e.g., Wellhub).
  • Ensure new hires and terminations are reflected correctly in benefits systems.
  • Monitor and analyze benefit usage and costs.

Compliance & Reporting:

  • Ensure compliance to Brazilian labor legislation and internal policies.
  • Prepare monthly and annual payroll reports for management and audits.
  • Support HR projects related to compensation, benefits strategy.
  • Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of employee information at all times.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on payroll, employee relations
  • Solid knowledge of Brazilian labor laws and payroll legislation (CLT, eSocial, etc.).
  • Proficiency in HRIS software and MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Fluent English
  • Proactivity and ownership
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
