Requisitos

Principais Responsabilidades/Atividades;

  • Demonstrar habilidade de planejamento, boa comunicação oral e escrita, organização do trabalho e distribuição de tarefas para equipe;
  • Atuar no suporte das equipes de atendimento ao cliente, participando de projetos de Due Diligence Trabalhista e Previdenciária;
  • Atuará em projetos de Due Diligence pré-aquisição de empresas e utilizará conhecimentos específicos, identificando e mensurando os riscos trabalhistas e previdenciários envolvidos na operação da empresa-alvo e na transação;
  • Realizar a orientação e treinamento "on-the-job" dos Trainees e Assistentes;
  • Controlar e monitorar as horas para realização do trabalho, informando o gerente responsável;
  • Respeitar/proteger informações confidenciais dos clientes

Experiência Desejável

  • Experiência anterior em escritório contábil, auditoria e/ou consultoria;
  • Atuação em projetos de Due Diligence / Consultoria Trabalhista.

Formação Acadêmica

  • Formação superior completa em Direito, Ciências Contábeis, Administração de Empresas ou áreas correlatas.

Conhecimentos

  • Legislação trabalhista e previdenciária
  • Cálculo e tributação da folha de pagamento
  • Contabilidade básica
  • Pacote Office
  • Inglês Intermediário (desejável)
