Client Partner Director
para liderar a relação com clientes estratégicos de grande porte na América Latina, garantindo excelência comercial e operacional, além de impulsionar inovação e crescimento sustentável.
Principais Responsabilidades
- Ser o(a) ponto focal estratégico de 1 a 3 clientes globais de grande dimensão, construindo parcerias de longo prazo.
- Gerir o
P&L
dos clientes sob sua responsabilidade, garantindo resultados financeiros sólidos e sustentáveis. - Liderar a construção e desenvolvimento da equipe local, incluindo contratação e gestão de talentos.
- Mapear e engajar stakeholders chave para desenvolver, gerir e acompanhar o
pipeline comercial - Garantir a performance e entrega de projetos em andamento, em estreita colaboração com as equipas internas.
- Fomentar ideias e iniciativas para o pipeline de inovação junto aos clientes.
- Conduzir
roadshows e apresentações executivas
, apoiando o desenvolvimento de novos negócios.
Perfil Procurado
- Experiência comprovada em
gestão de contas estratégicas
em empresas de tecnologia, telecomunicações ou serviços digitais. - Histórico sólido de gestão de
P&L de clientes
e de superação de metas de crescimento. - Forte capacidade de relacionamento com
C-level stakeholders
. - Experiência em liderança de equipes multidisciplinares e distribuídas.
- Visão estratégica combinada com execução hands-on.
- Excelentes competências de comunicação e negociação.
- Fluência e português e espanhol
