UX Strategy Professional Freelance

We are looking for an experienced UX Strategy Consultant as an independent contractor. In this role, you will help translate Brand Experience (BX) vision into actionable strategies that improve customer and partner experiences across our B4B and B2C journeys in the LATAM market. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define key experience moments, map journeys, and recommend insights that drive measurable impact.

What you will work on
Experience Strategy Development: Translate BX vision into actionable UX strategies. Define hero journeys (B4B Buying, B2C Servicing, B4B Servicing) and identify key moments that matter. Ensure alignment with New Frontier corporate goals and regional market dynamics.

Journey Mapping & Blueprinting: Lead the creation of current-state service blueprints from both customer and partner perspectives. Co-develop future-state experience maps with annotated touchpoints, BX principles, and technical considerations.

Persona Development: Collaborate with research and CX teams to define B4B and B2C personas that reflect regional behaviors, needs, and expectations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Facilitate workshops and alignment sessions with stakeholders across sales, marketing, product, tech, operations, and design to ensure shared understanding and buy-in.

Insight Synthesis & Recommendations: Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to uncover pain points and opportunities, providing actionable recommendations to improve experiences.

What you will bring

• 5 Years of experience proven experience in UX strategy, journey mapping, and service blueprinting.
• 5 Years of experience with strong understanding of both B4B and B2C customer journeys in a corporate context.
• Is a MUST speak Fluent English, Portuguese & Desirable Spanish
• Excellent facilitation and collaboration skills for cross-functional teams.
• Ability to synthesize insights from complex data and translate them into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Knowledge of LATAM market behaviors and cultural nuances is a plus.
• This role is exclusively for Independent Contractors, so candidates are required to have an established and legally registered freelance or consulting business
