UX Design Professional Freelance

We are looking for a talented UX Design Professional to join our team as an independent contractor in a hybrid working model. In this role, you will design and improve user experiences across multiple digital platforms, collaborating closely with stakeholders to create intuitive, user-centered designs that drive engagement and satisfaction.

What you will work on

• Design and prototype user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring a seamless and visually appealing experience.
• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and content strategists to define user journeys and requirements.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes that translate business objectives into exceptional user experiences.
• Maintain design consistency and ensure adherence to brand guidelines across all digital products.

What you will bring

• Proven experience as a UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your work in web and mobile applications.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese with excellent communication skills for cross-regional collaboration.
• Strong knowledge of UX design principles, user-centered design methodologies, and best practices.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Ability to analyze user feedback, metrics, and data to inform design improvements.
• Independent, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a hybrid environment.
