What You'll Do

? As a Sourcer on our team, you'll play a key role in attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent across both technical and non-technical roles. You will:
- Source active and passive candidates through a variety of channels, building strong pipelines of talent.
- Aggressively source and build pipelines of high-quality passive and active candidates using innovative and diverse strategies—Boolean search, talent mapping, networking, referrals, and social media outreach.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, design effective recruiting strategies, and consult on best practices.
- Collaborate across multiple teams—data analytics, engineering, managed services, program management, and more—ensuring we bring the best talent into every corner of the business.
Requirements
- 4+ years of Recruitment experience with at least 2 years of dedicated Sourcing.
- Experience working with multiple sourcing platforms (must have experience sourcing outside of Job Boards).
- Experience working as a dedicated Sourcer partnering with Recruiters on roles.
- Experienced with sourcing on LinkedIn Recruiter, understanding its capabilities, strengths and weaknesses.
- Strong experience sourcing for technical candidates.
- Extensive experience conducting intake meetings and calibrations with hiring managers.
- Demonstrated ability to craft candidate outreach with response rates above the industry average.
- Proven ability to engage and convert passive candidates.
- Experience leveraging data and analytics to assess sourcing effectiveness and refine strategies.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a lean team environment.
- Professional-level English communication skills (reading, writing, speaking).
Responsibilities
- Hold in-depth intake calls with Hiring Managers to ensure a deep understanding of current and future openings.
- Ensure progress and build trust with the Hiring Manager and broader TA team via regular meetings.
- Deliver calibration candidates to Hiring Managers to validate role understanding and alignment.
- Use advanced tools to understand and build out a Total Addressable Market for each role.
- Provide Hiring Managers and TA Partners with a short-list of candidates to be engaged with for the role.
- Conduct candidate outreach via multi-channel messaging to maximize response rates and interest.
- Create positive candidate experiences throughout the outreach process and introduction to the TA Partner.
- Iterate on and improve processes / best practices
- Represent phData with professionalism, integrity, and alignment to our mission, vision, and core values.
- Support special projects and broader Talent Acquisition initiatives as needed.
- Use phData's recruiting tools and systems to manage candidate pipelines, improve operational efficiency, and ensure data accuracy and compliance.
- Uphold and continuously improve best practices across recruitment operations—including job postings, social campaigns, ATS workflows, and candidate communications.
- Represent phData with professionalism, integrity, and alignment to our mission, vision, and core values.
