The Work You'll Do:

At Sovos, our Talent Acquisition team plays a critical role in finding exceptional individuals who drive our continued growth and innovation. As aContract Recruiting Sourcer, you'll identify and engage talented professionals across our global markets to support our hiring initiatives. This is a temporary 4-month contract position where you'll work closely with our recruitment team to build candidate pipelines and enhance our talent acquisition strategies.

More specifically, you will:

• Research and identify qualified candidates across various platforms including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and professional networks
• Proactively source potential candidates for open roles through creative search techniques
• Screen resumes and conduct initial outreach to candidates in multiple languages (English, Spanish, and Portuguese)
• Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates on sourcing activities within our Applicant Tracking System
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand position requirements and refine sourcing strategies
• Participate in recruiting events and initiatives to expand our talent network
• Ensure a positive candidate experience through professional communication and timely follow-up
• Support the talent acquisition team with administrative tasks as needed

What We Need From You

• Fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese (written and verbal)
• Previous experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, or HR functions (1-3 years preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to provide exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders
• Adaptability and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools
• Understanding of technology concepts and terminology to effectively screen technical candidates
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with candidates
• Availability for a 4-month contract engagement with possible extension based on business needs
