We are looking for a Senior Indirect Tax Analyst to join our LATAM Indirect Tax team, with a focus on Mexico operations.

Location: Campinas, SP.

The Role

  • Support indirect tax compliance processes for Mexico legal entities.
  • Collaborate on Tax IT projects, including system implementations, updates, and tickets management.
  • Perform calculations and validations for VAT, IEPs, and WHTs.
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of tax returns, payments, and related documentation.
  • Reconcile tax accounts monthly and support Blackline activities and adjustments.
  • Analyze and validate invoices and workflows.
  • Support internal and external audits by gathering required documentation and providing explanations.
  • Contribute to the VAT refund process and assist with responding to tax authorities.
  • Liaise with internal teams (Customer Service, Logistics, Comex) regarding tax and invoice issues.

The Candidate

  • Knowledge of indirect taxes in Mexico.
  • Advanced Spanish (required).
  • Intermediate English (a plus).
  • Experience with tax systems – e.g., SAP implementation, Super User, or similar projects.
  • Familiarity with Tax IT processes and digital tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
