We are hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing Talent Acquisition team and support the continued expansion of Teltonika in Sao Paulo, Brazil. In this role, you will play a key part in building strong local teams by identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across multiple functions. You will work closely with hiring managers and our global TA team to deliver a high-quality recruitment experience while helping establish scalable hiring processes as the business grows.

In this role you will:
- Working with existing and develop new Talent Acquisition channels & strategies, to find and match best talents with our open positions in Brazil
- Managing full cycle recruitment process: CV sourcing & headhunting, phone screening, conducting interviews together with the Hiring Managers
- Promote a positive Candidate Experience throughout the recruitment process
- Focus on proactively generating new Talent pools, mainly headhunting
- Consult hiring managers on recruitment related topics, conduct training for new Hiring Man
- Prepare and deliver constant updates and insights to our Americas Talent Acquisition Lead in terms of hiring progress, achievements and challenges in delivering Hiring Plan
- Suggest improvements for the existing and implement new practices including but not limited to recruitment process optimization, employer branding, company benefits
- Contribute on shaping the best culture and internal communication practices in the office
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment
- Strong enthusiasm for recruitment and a genuine desire to grow in the talent acquisition
- Openness to feedback, a growth mindset, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively as part of a team, contributing to shared hiring goals
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently
