The product manager will directly be sponsor for developing and evolving installments programs by working backward from the customers, analyzing the main KPI's and product P&L to propose new solutions to improve our customer journey.

Key job responsibilities

  • Implement installments programs in partnership with Retail and 3P;
  • Develop and implement new features to secure program's goals aligned with the businesses teams;
  • Manage the programs P&L;
  • Follow the KPIs to work on opportunities for these programs.

Basic Qualifications

  • Solid Product Manager experience;
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent;
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition;
  • Experience with end to end product delivery;
  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product;
  • Advanced/Fluent English

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights;
  • Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders;
  • Knowledge of key customer experience metrics and methodology (e.g., NPS).
