Senior Product Designer at Handoff

At Handoff, we're building the future of AI-driven tools for construction businesses. As a Senior Product Designer, you'll design intuitive, efficient experiences across our web and mobile platforms. You'll own end-to-end projects - from discovery to delivery - simplifying complex workflows and contributing to our design system. We're looking for a strong generalist who thrives in fast-paced environments and brings clarity to product decisions through thoughtful and user-centered design.

What you'll do
  • Work on end-to-end design process from user research and early concepts through high-fidelity UI, prototyping, and developer-ready assets
  • Simplify complex workflows into intuitive, scalable solutions that empower our users
  • Leverage AI tools and workflows to accelerate design work and unlock new creative possibilities
  • Partner closely with PMs and engineers to define product requirements, co-create solutions, and iterate based on technical input and user feedback
  • Align cross-functional teams on design goals and priorities, maintaining momentum and delivering high-quality outcomes
  • Embrace fast feedback loops and experimentation to validate ideas early and often
What you'll bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 6+ years of experience designing and shipping successful web and mobile products, ideally in B2B SaaS.
  • Deep expertise in user-centered design and systems thinking - you can balance visual craft with scalability.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills - you influence outcomes, not just pixels.
  • Comfort working in fast-moving environments with shifting priorities and ambiguous problems.
  • Experience using AI tools thoughtfully to enhance speed, creativity, and insight.
  • High autonomy, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to drive product development with clarity and confidence.
  • Fluency with Figma and modern design workflows.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
