Role Summary

We are hiring an SAP Consultant with solid experience in SAP IS-U and SAP FI-CA to support billing and customer account operations. You will help troubleshoot issues, support business users, and improve SAP processes related to utilities billing and collections.

Responsibilities
  • Support SAP IS-U processes (utilities billing and customer account management)
  • Support and troubleshoot SAP FI-CA (payments, dunning, collections, open items)
  • Analyze incidents and provide quick and effective solutions
  • Work with business teams to gather requirements and clarify needs
  • Assist with testing and validation (UAT support)
  • Document changes, fixes, and process improvements
Mandatory Requirements
  • Fluent English (spoken and written)
  • Strong hands-on experience with SAP IS-U
  • Strong hands-on experience with SAP FI-CA
  • Good communication skills and ability to work independently
Nice to Have
  • Experience in utilities, home services, or billing environments in Canada
  • Experience working on SAP support + enhancements (not only projects)
