Position Overview

The Schedule Analyst plays a key support role in our construction operation, responsible for maintaining the construction schedule live, updated, consistent, and aligned with field execution for our U.S. single-family home projects, while being based in Brazil. This role focuses on collecting data from our operations, monitoring pending items and mitigating potential delays.

We're looking for someone who is proactive, hands-on, detail-driven, organized and ready to collaborate across Architecture, Planning, and Field Operations.

Main Responsibilities

1. Schedule Monitoring

  • Monitor construction schedules based on inputs from field teams.
  • Ensure timelines accurately reflect on-site progress.
  • Support the maintenance of schedule templates for consistency and standardization.

2. Occurrences Track

  • Record and update the centralized log of project occurrences from communications and team interactions.
  • Track and report the status of critical activities to mitigate potential delays.

3. Service & Material Scheduling

  • Assist in scheduling services and material deliveries essential to project continuity.
  • Follow-up with the Procurement team to confirm timely supply of required items.

4. Daily routine with Field Team

  • Conduct routine follow-ups with site teams to align on deadlines, priorities, and progress updates.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
  • Previous experience in construction companies, field operations or project management.
  • Proficiency in project and schedule management tools.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Strong skills in data analysis, organization, and reporting.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-focused mindset.
