Estamos em busca de um(a)
Technical Consultant
que será responsável por atender e resolver demandas técnicas de clientes, garantindo a estabilidade, a performance e a continuidade dos serviços prestados. Atuará como elo entre os times técnicos e os clientes, devendo possuir sólidos conhecimentos em APIs (REST/JSON), habilidades de comunicação, além de experiência em gestão de conflitos e crises.

Responsabilidades e atribuições

  • Atender e solucionar chamados de clientes relacionados a integrações e utilização de APIs REST/JSON;
  • Analisar logs, reproduzir cenários de erro e propor soluções técnicas;
  • Realizar testes de APIs, validando respostas, performance e integrações;
  • Atuar na abertura, acompanhamento e escalonamento de chamados para áreas internas e fornecedores;
  • Suportar incidentes críticos, participando da gestão de crises e atuando na comunicação com clientes;
  • Documentar procedimentos técnicos, boas práticas e lições aprendidas;
  • Interagir com áreas de desenvolvimento, infraestrutura e DevOps para solução de problemas complexos;
  • Garantir o cumprimento de SLAs e indicadores de qualidade de atendimento.

Requisitos e qualificações

  • Ensino superior completo em Análise de Sistemas, Ciências da Computação, Processamento de Dados, Engenharia de Computação ou áreas correlatas;
  • Experiência prévia em suporte técnico nível 2 ou similar;
  • Conhecimentos em APIs REST/JSON (interpretação, testes com ferramentas como Postman, Insomnia ou similares);
  • Inglês intermediário ou avançado (para leitura e comunicação com clientes e fornecedores internacionais);
  • Capacidade de atuar em gestão de conflitos e crises.

Conhecimentos Técnicos Desejáveis:

  • Noções de Linux/Unix (comandos básicos, análise de logs);
  • Conhecimentos em bancos de dados SQL (consultas simples, análise de dados);
  • Experiência com ferramentas de monitoramento (Zabbix, Grafana, Kibana ou similares). Noções de Docker, Kubernetes ou pipelines de CI/CD;
  • Experiência em troubleshooting de aplicações web e serviços em nuvem;
  • Diferenciais: Experiência prévia com produtos de biometria (facial, voz, impressões digitais), assinatura digital e eletrônica (ICP-Brasil, certificados digitais, portais de assinatura).
