Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Assistant located in Dublin, with some flexibility for remote work. The Assistant will perform administrative tasks, support operational processes, and assist in the preparation of reports and analyses. Responsibilities include supporting the team on day-to-day activities, scheduling, documentation, and ensuring smooth communication among departments. The Assistant will also support project coordination and maintain organized records to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Good written and verbal communication skills and comfort with documentation and correspondence
- Proficiency in basic office software and tools, including spreadsheets, word processing, and scheduling applications
- Experience or knowledge in sustainability or ESG reporting is highly advantageous
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Problem-solving mindset, resourcefulness, and ability to adapt to dynamic needs
